  • How quickly can I expect to see results?
    Most clients begin to see results within the first few weeks of service. The exact timing can depend on factors such as the volume of calls and the specific market you’re targeting. We aim to provide you with a steady flow of leads as quickly as possible.
  • What is included in your service packages?

    Our pricing typically starts at $900 per month only, depending on the volume of leads and the specific services you require. We offer customized packages to ensure you get the best value for your investment.
  • Is there any set-up fees a one-time fee or an annual fee?
    There’s no setup fee. just the standard membership cost. If you decide to upgrade to a higher package in the future, there won’t be an extra charge. You can also choose to pause your membership if needed. If you cancel and later rejoin, you’ll continue without any setup fee.
  • Are clients billed only if they spoke to the person, or are we billed if they left a voicemail?
    Our VAs will call your list 3 to 4 times during a four-week period with a list of 10,000 contacts. We exclude duplicate phone numbers. Each day, our VAs will make over 1,500+ calls using our dialer. You will be billed each month based on the plan you have selected, with no additional charges based on the number of connections made.
  • Are memberships and subscriptions for any CRM tools included in any of the plans?
    Yes, our plans include memberships and subscriptions for various CRM tools. This ensures that our virtual assistants have access to the necessary platforms to manage your leads and client information efficiently. The specific CRM tools included can vary, and we recommend discussing your specific needs with our team to ensure we provide the best tools for your business.
  • What are the payment options and terms?

    One Professional Virtual Assistant, with a 7-line dialer in ReadyMode, can make on average 500+ calls per day, depending on the answer rate. That comes out to about 10,000 calls per month.
  • Are the calls recorded?
    Yes, all calls are recorded. Call Savvy's Quality Control Manager will listen to all recordings, transcribe the information into your CRM, and upload all recordings.
  • How are leads qualified by Call Savvy?
    Our VAs are trained to identify motivated sellers by asking targeted questions and assessing their urgency to sell. Only leads that meet your specific criteria are passed on to you, ensuring a higher quality of leads.
  • How do you ensure the privacy and security of my data?
    We take data privacy and security very seriously. All information is handled according to industry best practices, with secure systems in place to protect your data. We are also compliant with all relevant data protection regulations.
  • What if I already have a CRM? Can you integrate with it?
    Yes, we can integrate with most major CRM systems. Our VAs are trained to work with various CRMs, ensuring that all lead information is accurately entered and tracked. Let us know what CRM you use, and we’ll ensure a smooth integration.
  • How is a VA assigned to us? Do we get to pick which one will work with us?
    our VA will be hired, trained, and managed by Call Savvy. You will speak directly to your client success manager, who will provide you with a daily performance report. The account manager will send the report using email. If at any point you are not satisfied with your current VA, they will be replaced immediately. At Call Savvy, if our VAs do not provide results for more than 3 days in a row, they will be replaced.
  • What happens if my VA is unavailable or not performing as expected?
    If your VA is unavailable or not meeting your expectations, we will promptly assign a replacement. Our goal is to ensure you have continuous, high-quality support. If our VAs do not provide results for more than three days in a row, they will be replaced.
  • What languages do the VAs speak?
    Our VAs primarily speak English, but we also have team members who are fluent in other languages. If you require a VA who speaks a specific language, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • Can I request a change in VA if I’m not satisfied?
    Yes, if you’re not satisfied with your current VA, you can request a change at any time. We will assign a new VA to you promptly to ensure there’s no disruption in service.
